The Dinner Party is a story I wrote and illustrated in 2024 during my undergrad Children’s Book Illustration class at Pratt Institute. It follows the hectic day of best friends Piper, Jade, and Naomi, on a day they had planned a dinner party for all their friends. Inspired by the importance of community and friendship, and the strength and power that comes from it, the three girls work together, racing against the clock, to pull it off.
